How To Calculate Shipping Cost

Guest

Recommended Posts

I have a problem with the shipping according to a table in the shipment module.

I want this:

up to 10kg pay 7.95, up to 15kg pay 35, up to 30kg pay 40, up to 50kg pay 50.

I have this:

10:7.95,15:35,30:40,100:50

But for some reason I get different shipping cost:

up to 10kg pay 7.95 or 35, up to 15kg pay 40, up to 30kg pay 80, up to 50kg pay 80.

What have I done wrong?

Not sure what you mean, but check admin configuration shipping/packaging and see if tare weight is set at 3

yes it does

Country of Origin Netherlands

Postal Code 1187 PW

Enter the Maximum Package Weight you will ship 30

Package Tare weight. 3

Larger packages - percentage increase. 10

What i mean is how is it that if I say until 10kg costs €7.95 the program calculates until 7kg costs €7.95 and up to 10 it costs €35??? and so on.

The tare weight is added to the products weight, so if the product is 7.5kg, the package weight becomes 10.5 kg. Set the tare weight to the weight of your packaging, or set itto zero.
