I have a shop www.pokertables.ie/store

I'm using 2Checkout merchant account on it. When someone pays via credit card i get the money into my account but the order doesnt show in the admin area in Oscom,,,,

When i pay via Check/money order the order does show ?

Why is this happening ? and how can i fix it,

I would think that osC isn't receiving the confirmation from 2Checkout. Does it take you off-site for payment ala PayPal? If so you'll have to double check your payment settings both in 2Checkout and osC.

Hope that helps,

Iggy

The First Law of E-Commerce: If the user can't find the product, the user can't buy the product.

Feedback and suggestions on my shop welcome.

Note: My advice is based on my own experience or on something I read in these forums. No guarantee it'll work for you! Make sure that you always BACKUP the database and the files you are going to change so that you can rollback to a working version if things go wrong.

I think this bit

If Direct Return encounters a page that redirects without outputting content– usually a header redirect– or content less then 255 characters, then the process will fail and the customer will be sent to our Order Processed page. This is a common issue as many developers will set their return URLs to a script that processes the returned sale parameters, then silently forward the customer to another page (usually a “thank you for purchasing” page or a page featuring download links in the case that an intangible product has been ordered).
is probably what happens. I'm not using 2CO but I think it's worth to look deeper into this. Sorry, no line breaks right now... my keyboard is partly refusing to work. :-) abra

any ideas?

I started a thread on 2checkout as well to try help me here it is. http://www.2checkout.com/community/support...id=142&page

there might be something there that i'm not seeing that might help

Thanks.

Its an issue with Your payment gateway.either the return path is not set proper or if set then You need to capture the details sent to the payment gateway and the details returned from payment gateway.

On times due to additional code the order id passwed and the order populated are different which does not allow updates.

Check on this.
