Missing Expected Date Field, And Add To Basket Button

hello everyone:

 

I hope you can help me. For some reason, on the admin side. When I add a product. I am missing the expected date field, and because of this. I think this is why I add to basket button is not showing up.

 

Can you help me fix the problem in the admin side and may be that we'll fix my add to cart button. If not please give me the solution for that.
