Serious Issues, Need Help Asap

I recently tried to install a contribution, and it messed everything up. I don't know why, but something is wrong with my SQL and wouldn't let me add any new tables.

 

I got my site back, however, mostly the way it was. I am having these issues though:

 

1. Lots of my links now say "BOX_CATEGORY_etc." or "BOX_MY_NEW_BOX"

 

2. My banners that used to rotate at the bottom are gone. I don't remember how to get those back.

 

3. I had a banner at the top between my store logo and cart buttons and I don't know how to get it back.

 

I thought the BOX issues were with filenames.php, but there must be something else I'm missing as I've tried restoring filenames.php and it didn't do anything.

Why is that one page working but not the rest?

By some huge miracle, I fixed whatever the problem was with the box names. I think it had to do with the old english.php file in the includes/languages directory.

 

I still am trying to figure out how to get my banner rotation back at the bottom like on the http://www.cute-hello.com/catalog/link.php page so I'd love any idea about that.

catalog/includes/header.php

catalog/includes/footer.php

Thats where your top and bottom banners are

Oh my gosh, thank you so much. I've just started at it all so much I couldn't find what I needed. That totally did the trick. I very much appreciate your help!
