Jsap Posted June 24, 2007 Share Posted June 24, 2007 The above quote is what i get from a lot of POTENTIAL customers. I am frustrated b/c I have been LOSING business from this!! As most of you know, you have to register on the website in order to purchase something - this means giving your name, DOB, Address and much more. A LOT of people DO NOT want to do this!! They just want to get on the site and buy something, thats it! I have lost A LOT of business b/c of this. I see people placing items in their cart as a \"Guest\", but then just leave b/c they are asked to join the site!! In any case, how do I remove this option from my site?? ANYONE, please help!! Jack_mcs Posted June 26, 2007 Share Posted June 26, 2007 You can remove some items, like DOB, by turning that option off in admin->Configuration->Customer Details. If you want to make it so they don't have to create a password, then install the Purchase Without Account cotribution.
