ugh! what a major pain in the butt this has become for me. Everything on linkpoint api is installed correctly, all the links are correct - but heres the problem. When a customer comes in (new) and creates an account, places an order, it goes through yourpay, but never comes back to oscommerce. it bills the customer but on the back end of things where you should normally be able to come in and see what was ordered, its not there...

 

Any help on this ??

Generally, all payment systems that go offsite to do the final process have a return URL which you add in the payment system admin. Ask you client to check whats available in the linkpoint administration and if there is a box to add a return URL.

I am experiencing the same thing. redirect to checkout_success.php and the order is charged but not registered in my store.

redirect to checkout_process.php and it looks like the order hasn't been processed, when in fact, the card has been charged. The order still doesn't register in my store.

What a crock of crap. Linkpoint: It's the store code - contact the vendor.

 

Does anyone have a suggestion?
