Different Shipping And Billing Countries

Okay so i am getting a hang of oscommerce and all the codes but i want a solution to following problem, can someone help

 

I need to provide customer with different SHIPPING and BILLING Countries.

E.g. I only want to accept orders from UNITED STATES but want to ship them worldwide.

 

When i go to admin and add all the other countries these countries show up in the customer profile section which means cusotmers from anywhere can register and place order but i want to limit that too US.

 

Is it possible
