Need Help Adjusting Thumbnail Image Size

I need help adjusting our images for thumbnails. In general we set our Display Image Width and Height to be 150 x 120. So all of our images have that same ratio of size to be viewed properly. The problem is that the thumbnails show up as not as clear. I'm really not sure where or how I adjust the images for the thumbnails.

 

What we essentially need is a main image which is large and clear and a small image that is small and clear. Right now the image is only clear when it's in the full size.

 

I'm so lost on the Image Configuration Page. Thanks for any help.

Alternatively, check for on the fly thumbnails if you have GD Lib or Imagemagick on your server. That contribution creates very high quality thumbnails that do not use server space.
