Guest
Just to clarify a few things: in orders.php: <td class="main"><b><?php echo ENTRY_NOTIFY_CUSTOMER; ?></b> <?php echo tep_draw_checkbox_field('notify', '', true); ?></td> under E-Mail options: Send E-Mails -> True

awarner20
Anyone help me on this? I also just realized that before I started adding contributions it was emailing and working correctly. You may want to list any contributions you've added that have anything to do with sending emails. Or go through the instructions for these contribs and see if you can find anything that has called for any changes to the sending email code. If you find something, you may then be able to compare code with original. Hope this helps a bit. Without knowing what code or when this started happening, it's tough to offer any advice other than how to start investigating and back-tracking any changes you've made. Do you have a series of backups between each contribution install? We see our customers as invited guests to a party, and we are the hosts. It's our job every day to make every important aspect of the customer experience a little bit better. - Jeff Bezos
