DenominatorX Posted June 21, 2007 Share Posted June 21, 2007 I have been looking around and have been unsuccessful in finding a contribution that shows a customers Shopping Cart even if they are no longer online. I know on the "Whose Online" option, you can see what items are in a customer's cart, but how about when the log off? I think this would come in handy when you run into problems such as when a customer doesn't return back to the site from PayPal. You could look and see what was in the customer's cart and have an idea of what the customer ordered. Does anyone know of a contribution like that that shows what is in a customers shopping cart?
