Side Navigation And Linking Back To Site

Hi,

 

I'm new to this php thing and I need some major HELP PLEASE! :blush: I need to know how to add a side navigation bar that links back to the pages in my main website and how to edit the text in the body section. I would like to delete the catergories on the left and add the products in the body section instead. Also add a backgrond color to the shopping cart and get rid of the new products of june too.
