where do i set the e-mail addy for people to send paypal payments?

 

checkout will not work :(

Go into admin -> modules -> payment, click PayPal and then edit in the right column, fill in your PayPal info there. Also make sure your green light is on for PayPal.

go in there add donate or the album whatever and click checkout

it goes to the addy thing

then dont move

 

it stays @ 1st step

If your Paypal info is in Admin and turned on, then I don't know... maybe try to update with a new PayPal module from the contributions area.

I'm fairly new to this too, but that's how I got mine working.

That said, I do know PayPal was extremely slow when I went to their site this morning... it took about 5 minutes for their page to load... maybe it's their server?

do you have a fuctional delivery method enabled?

 

enable/disable it if you do.

And make sure it was written for the new checkout module... (i.e. written within the last week, or came with the package)

so i just have to config payments and it will work?

 

cause i have paypal and check/money orders enabled but it still dont work

Yeah, just being enabled should be enough, even if you have the wrong configuration settings. You'll see all the settings when you select a payment method in admin, there will be a edit/change button (forget which) on the right.

Just click the red then the green light so it disables/enables them both.. it worked for me once.
