Error When Trying To Add Me Pictures To My Site

Hi,

 

Its been a while since i have used my site and just thought i would get it up to date however when i add me products or items the pictures dont upload and i get this error.

Can anyone help please as i dont know why i now seem to be getting this message.

The open base error is probably due to a setting on the server. You should ask your host to look at that. See the link in my signature for the headers already sent problem.
