Buy Now Link To Form

Hi

I've tried searching and googling for this but have come up with nothing so far, so I hope some can help.

 

I'm trying to build a site where certain products can be bought online but certain products will just link through to a contact form which when submitted will just send an email to the store owner to contact the customer with more info about the particular product. I suppose in an ideal world, the form will pre-populate with the product name, SKU etc.

 

Has anyone done a 'mod' like this or is there an existing contribution that anyone knows about.
