lisakurien Posted June 21, 2007 Posted June 21, 2007 Hello, We setup an Ecom site using osCommerce with MVS + fedEx, LinkPoint API, FedEx shipping labels, Packing slips etc. Noticed that some auto-generated emails from the site are considered as spam by Gmail. e.g the welcome email when a customer registers with the site, vendor emails that each vendor receives when a customer makes a purchase. Whereas the "Tell a friend" email is considered as a normal mail and is delivered to the Gmail inbox. Does anybody have any idea why this happens and what can be done to resolve it? Thank you. Quote
