Directory Listings Service And Pay Per Click Support

Hi,

I am a new bie and I don't know if I can implement my business model using OsCommerce with the built-in functionality.

 

I wish to have a directory listing where people can list there businesses in certain categories. To create a listing a business must deposit a pre-payment.

Each time there listing recieves a click a pre-decided amount is deducted from their pre-paid amount.

 

I want to know if the existing categories and product model support the above description. If not, can OsCommerce be tweaked slightly to do it.
