History Order Box Behaviour?

Hi Again

I am still in the test/design process. I go slowly as I do this during my spare time.

 

I have just noticed a behaviour from the "history order" box (right side colum from the default layout), i.e once someone has previously done some order and later come back to the shop again.

 

First the person login, and this box appear.

Starting with an empty cart

 

My observation is that if I click on an item text/name shown in the order history box,>>

>> it brings me to the product page which is fine. Although it shows me only one item, even on a previous order of more than one.

 

But if I click on the little cart symbol next to the text, it either>>

1/ brings me to my cart content having added the item(s) in it automatically

or

2/ brings me to a product page and doesn't add it to the cart

 

I was wondering if there was a bug? or is there something I haven't understood?

 

I can reproduce it over and over with the simulation items.

I cannot really recognise a specific pattern, why one item is added and the other isn't.

So far the few dvds add themselves to the cart, the Matrox G200 and Unreal Tournement go to the product page. It doesn't show the full previous order either, but just pick one item radomly.

 

It looks to me a box to get rid off for avoiding confusion.

Or mabe customise with a quick link to order history.
