Changes to stylesheet are not showing up

Hi

I have made a few changes to the stylesheet.css. Namely, the colors of the bars along the header and footer. Problem is, it doesnt seem to be updating on my site. Any ideas? (I am uploading the new stylesheet)

For some reason a lot of browsers don't always update the stylesheet when you refresh a page. Try flushing your cache and see what happens. Quitting the browser can help as well.
