How To Change: Tep_customer_greeting()

Hi, does anyone know how to change the text displayed on the homepage when '<?php echo tep_customer_greeting(); ?>' is written. Currently it says: Welcome Guest! Would you like to log yourself in? Or would you prefer to create an account? but i would like to change it to: Welcome Guest! Log yourself in? Or create an account?

Thanks enigma1 - that was just the help I needed - hadn't realised there was another English file outside of the english folder... threw me a bit
