Has anyone created a simple one page address page for both shipping and billing? If the credit card could be on the same page, that would be great, but that might be too much to ask at this point. If anyone is experimenting with this, please let me know and I will help you develop it. I have a working copy of OSC on one of my sites, but I really need this improvement. After it's done, I will implement it on all my sites.
