Configuration Pages Not Loading

Ok, i've searched and searched and I havent found a solution. When I log into the admin area, the configuration pages (My Store, Images, etc) don't load. Sometimes I also get random bits of code. This is a fresh install, with CentOS 5 which was installed with apache2x, php5, mysql, and thats about it.

 

There's nothing in there so feel free to add an item or somethin'. If someone wants to look into this for me, it would be much appreciated. :rolleyes:

...a fresh install of what exactly? Why not asking your questions in the appropriate forum?
