inquestventures Posted June 20, 2007 Share Posted June 20, 2007 All, Thanks in advance for helping. I recently migrated 5 sites to a new server and backed up and restored my MySQL DB. The sites came up fine. On one of my sites the orders were not showing up in the lists in Admin nor were they in the customer order status page, however, they were in the database and EVERYTHING was fine. I found a posting, which for the life of me I cannot find again, that outlined a routine to "touch" the database or reset it. I believe it involved manually removing a value from the order status table and then adding it back...however, I cannot find the details. Well turns out I am having the issue with another of my sites.
