Manually Add Customers And Orders

I downloaded and installed this contribution to manually add customers and orders:

I got new areas in my Admin. I was able to create new account. But I am having several issues:

 

1. I choose a customer (either old or new) and click "edit". I get this error:

 

1054 - Unknown column 'c.member_flag' in 'field list'

 

2. When I try to create a new order, I can't add any products. I click "Add a Product" button, it takes me to the screen "Choose a category", shows a little drop menu - but nothing happens when I choose from it.

 

 

I am also a little confused as to whether I need or not change any files. I didn't, just uploaded them.

Nobody knows? :'(

 

At least point me to the page with instructions. This contribution has almost zero! And it does not work as is. I've got to do something to it to make it work.

 

It says "make sure you follow steps 10-14" - but where are they???

Some contributions are like that (no instructions). All you can do is compare the files with yours using a program like Winmerge. You may be able to get answers to problems you are having in the support thread for the contribution.
