Installation/Configuration Errors Under Mac OS X (Jaguar)

In following the installation & configuration guide, I got to the final configuration screen with the following error messages:

and yet it says:

 

 

<The configuration was successful!>

 

Are these errors anything to be concerned about, and if so, how do I fix them?
