Not Installing The Oscommerce

Hello Guys,

 

I downloaded the oscommerce-2.2ms2-060817 from the site.

Then I extract the package.I renamed the folder oscommerce-2.2ms2-060817 to 'oscommerce' and placed

it in my wwwroot directory on my local machine.

And when I run the following file in browser

 

http://localhost/oscommerce/catalog/install/install.php

 

This is giving me an error as "The directory name is invalid."

I don't understand if all the directory names are right,then why I am getting this error.

Please help me.

do a manual install just edit the catalog\includes\configure.php and catalog\admin\includes\configure.php change the settings to match the server/database.
