Please Help I Am Dying Of Frustartion

i am new to OSC i have installed OSC on a WAMPSERVER ,with php 5 ,mysql ver 5 and apache 2

 

the problem i am facing is that after istalling the OSC package i can ,not access the admin page lets say latter on that is it is not appearing on the localhost default home page ,then i also need help with the custommisation of the main page i have tried using the define_mainpage add on but i am confused i can not even install the damn thing ,the os package that i down loaded includes the drupal CMS is there any way that i can use the Drupal CMsS to edit the main page ,or if there is another ,not so confusing way to customise the main page please may you help ,and i also would like know if there is a way that i can always access the admin tools and settings latter on .because with the problem that i am facing i can only access the admin tools at instalation so i have to leave the instalation window open incase i make a mistake

 

please may you help me i am designing a shop called nehandashop ,please may you assist me i am stuck and going crazy
