Thanx Tursten for your fast reply...

Actually in the "catalog" area the link and page called faq.php seem to work...

But I can find the link in "admin" area...

and if i go to admin/faq.php

then I get this strange message:

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'includes/languages/english/faq.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /homepages/41/d69141694/htdocs/admin/faq.php on line 44

Any ideas why it is going wrong?

p.s: Nice site you have

dude

that's so simple, listen, you have to go into the FAQ zip again, and go into the admin folder, then into the includes, then the english folder, then you will see that cute little faq.php file

UPLOAD it to

admin/includes/english/

PLEASE

that'll be all you need.

it's telling you that it cannot open admin/languages/english/faq.php

are you SURE you are installing the right thing into the right spot.

go through the entire set up again, from scratch, it worked fine for me, and if i can do it, gumby can do it.

wherever you put it.

for example

go into admin/includes/column_left

then write the required field.

i meant to add the faq parts to the database.

The whole problem was with my FTP server..... It was saying Uploaded but in fact DID NOT UPLOAD since under Options , it was chosen not to OVERWRITE Files!

Damn..... this took me some time

Anyway, again everybody check your FTP and Upload in ASCII

thanx to Trusten for the HELP :)
