Prices Are Rounding To The Nearest Dollar!?

I have an osCommerce site set up in a secure socket layer and utilizing Paypal's Web Payments Pro. I am not sure why but the site is rounding all of my prices up to the nearest dollar. It is also showing the price to be 0 in certain places in the admin panel even though it shows the price (rounded up) on the site.

Also, I am getting an error message in the Admin Panel under the Customers /customers area... when I click the edit button. It reads:

Warning: reset() [function.reset]: Passed variable is not an array or object in /home/jeremy/public_html/coins/admin/includes/classes/object_info.php on line 17

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /home/jeremy/public_html/coins/admin/includes/classes/object_info.php on line 18

Is there any possibility that anyone else has encountered these issues? Any assistance or advice would be very much appreciated!!

The error has now changed on it's own... the error is now in the Customers / Orders area of the admin panel. It is a 1054 error and says : Unknown column 'orders_product_id' in "where clause" I am not sure what is happing with this. Does anyone have any ideas?
