Yesterday 4 of my mailing list customers sent me a copy of an email that looks like it came from my store. The body of the email stated 'THIS STORE IS NOT SAFE' What do I do? Should I just shut it down for a while or what? I'm going on vacation Wednesday, am swamped with work, and now this. Any help appreciated. Thanks, Dale I've scanned my computer twice with different antivirus software, which I scan daily anyway, and the software is updated daily. No infected files. What do I do? check if your store's has the latest osc files first of all http://www.oscommerce.com/solutions/downloads go through the manual integration instructions. I deleted all my customers and their orders just to be on the safe side (I only had 10 customers and 4 delivered orders so far). I have changed my passwords. I am frightened as to what happened. I have read some of your other posts on a variety of topics, and wow, you know a lot. I know so little about this.
