Problems With New Install

As far as I can see right now I am having two problems with this.

 

1) I can go to the admin page but if I click on any of the links there I get a page not found error

 

2) I tried to create an account. When I clicked the button it went back to the create an account page with all fields blank. There is no error saying that information is missing

 

I installed OSCommerce using Fantastico in cPanel.

 

I would greatly appreciate any input into what the problem could be.
