E-mail to a non-registered Customer

How can I set up my admin site to e-mail people who haven't registered? I'm specifically thinking about the form in "mail.php" but I'm open to suggestions.

This may sound silly, but my problem is that I have all incoming mail directed to a yahoo account. If I need to respond to a customer I use the form in the mail.php file to reply so that the e-mail comes from the store and not my yahoo address. However, if someone sends me an e-mail through the "contact_us.php" form in the catalog directory I can't respond to them unless they have registered. Does this make sense?

Thanks for any help on this.

Why use Yahoo ? Simply install a webmail program onto your own Domains webspace. Search Google for uebimail - works perfect and is a snap to set up. Once you have it working you can send receive direct from your website instead of using Yahoo...

Good point. I had a feeling I would get an answer like this. I will probably end up doing that unless someone else has a simpler answer.

The only reason I had been using Yahoo is because I didn't want to take up space on the server with a mail program, and I have 7 domains that use the one yahoo address as a catch-all.

I do appreciate the help though.
