sialivi Posted June 17, 2007 Share Posted June 17, 2007 Earlier today we sent our first newsletter, but it seems that it wasn't sent to all subscribers. Of our 3 test accounts, only 2 received the mail. * I checked the database to confirm that all accounts were subscribers, and they were. * I checked the smtp log, and the 2 addresses in question was never listed, kinda ruling out problems on the client side. * I check the php error log, thinking perhaps the maximum execution time had been exceeded, but found no errors near the time when the newsletter was sent. The server runs Windows Server 2003 with IIS6 handling smtp and pop3 Any ideas? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
