Documentation Images And Specials Start Date

Hi all,

I have installed last version of osCommerce.

When i go in online documentation (on oscommerce site) i see

the images of the admin panels are different from mine.

For example in this page http://www.oscommerce.info/docs/english/e_products.html

(product) i see a user interface with tabs (General, Data, Images, ecc.).

Is it another version? A contribution?

Another question.

In online documentation, specials page (http://www.oscommerce.info/docs/english/e_specials.html)

i read

 

"Start Date/Expiry Date

These are the dates that describe when the special price and status will be in effect. For example, a store owner might wish to make a product a special for only a week, after which time it will return to normal. These dates allow the store owner to have this functionality without having to return to the administrative tool exactly one week later."

 

but in my installation i don't see no start date in specials page.

Have I missed something?

I'm experiencing this same problem - the missing specials start date. I've just done a clean install of oscommerce and there's a specials expiry date but no start date.

 

Is the help file newer than the version I downloaded somehow or has this feature been removed or moved somewhere else?

 

Any direction on this would be appreciated.
