Product-attributes/addtocart Button On Startpage?

Hi there,

 

I am building a shop that basically sells two products with various different properties.

Therefore I would like to have a possibility to select the product attributes for these two products right on the startpage and and AddToCart button so the visitor does not have to make an extra klick to get to the product page and select the attributes there.

I have tried to include the product_info?product_id=xx pages on the startpage bt this does not seem to work properly. Also I have tried to find a contrib, but they all just place an extra link to a subpage.

I have seen some examples in live shops so there should be some way to do it.

 

Ideas anyone?
