Problem With Searching

I have recently installed the following contributions in the order listed:

 

1. Products Extra Fields

2. Movie Details

3. Separate Pricing Per Customer

 

Now I am getting the following error when I try to use the search function:

 

1066 - Not unique table/alias: 'pd'

This is the only place where the three contributions overlap in changes/additions to the code and which was confusing to make the correct changes with. Sorry if I included too much code but I thought the original text might help to see what I did if that is in fact where the problem is.
