iLLuSiOnS
I have a dedicated server and during installation it asks me if i want to enable persistent connections (which i said yes) and it asks if i want to Store my Sessions on the database or files. What are the advantages or using persistent connections and database or file session storage. Thanks
usernamenone
There is not a file set up to store your sessions in. Best to choose database until you further investigate the file storeage. iLLuSiOnS
I dont understand, so which one is better? Files or Database storage? I have a dedicated server and want to use whatever is best. Files or Database Storage?
usernamenone
I prefer to let my database handle sessions. Not too sure about setting up a file out side of the root directory to handle the sessions and although you have a dedicated server you may not have access to set up a file outside the root.
