Add Product Between Two Database On-the-fly?

I am not family in PHP, because i work in vb.net and asp.net,

Now, my working company planing to setup OSC for customer and Hosting in our dedicated Server,

Since we are supplier , we alreadly have fully infomation (Model,Price,description,Feature,Image etc)

So i planning to develop a window base application to Add Product From exist DB to OSC DB on the fly,

I had a look on OSC MySQL DB,it is not hard to understand the relation,

but i am not sure if i do a batch import process, is it just only need to INSERT on

MySQL Table :

- products

- products_attributes

- products_description
