Additional Text into Shopping_cart.php

Hi, I need your help!

 

How can I add an information text in the following file:

 

shopping_cart.php or checkout_confirmation.php

 

The text I like to add should be below the head text (What's In My Cart?). I need the text to let the customer know that he has to double check he's order details

 

Please help me I'm lost and need urgent the solution.
