efsnick Posted June 15, 2007 Posted June 15, 2007 Hello, I have searched the Contrib section for a Contribution that will take an item out of stock once added to the shopping cart and put back in stock if removed from cart or if the session expires. I had two orders come in at the same time and it put my quantity in the negative because they both had already added the item to their cart and then checked out about the same time. This has to be a common problem, so surely there is something out there.
efsnick Posted June 15, 2007 Author Posted June 15, 2007 There is an an option in the configuration menu to disable checkout if product is out of stock. But I want to take it out of stock before hand! So the customer is not misled all the way up to check out.
