I Want To Add A Download Button To The Product Info Page

Several of our products have free downloadable pdf's or demo programs, I want to add a button on to the product info page that allows this. Can't find anything in the forums?

You can do that on several ways. Easiest is, if there are not too much of those products, to add HTML code to the products description with the references to the button pic and the link to the pdf, wherever it may be.

 

The more complicated, but even more professional way would be to add the links to the database table, retrieve them on the product page and put them as a link behind the button. Also you should alter the products page in the admin to upload the pdf's and add the info to the database table.
