Only Part Of .gif Can Be Seen

I've changed the oscommerce logo for my own one, but now I can only see the top part of my logo. I also attempted to change the 'add to cart' button and the same thing occurred. I then put the old 'add to cart' button back and now can only see the top part of that image as well. Help!! I've looked everywhere and can't find an answer. I don't know what method you are using to upload file, the probable cause is you uploaded the images in ASCII mode. If you are using a ftp client set the transfer mode to auto detect, or upload images in binary mode.
