grafiti4u Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 I have a client set up with OS Commerce. Normally they were getting all their email orders coming into their gmail email address just fine. I had her change to gmail after we found out that MSN, Comcast and AOL was restricting the Emails from scripts. Once she switched to gmail, it worked fine. Until May 31st! Now, once again her email notifications of orders are not coming in. I had my server people check out the OS Commerce files and they said everything is fine - does anyone have any idea why her emails would not be coming in and what I can do to fix it? Thanks! Kristi
Nullachtfuffzehn Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 Why don't they use the mailboxes of their shop domain? That works pretty fine and is not restricted in any way as in opposite to all of those free mail hosters. I guess google has restricted script generated mails too.

By shop domain, do you mean her company email address, like: [email protected]? I figured if I do that, it is basically a redirected email that would go to her msn account and I figured that wouldn't work. Let me know if I am not understanding something, I am not sure what else to do.
