At first, i have to apologize myself for my english because i'm spanish (canary islands) I'm a new user of osCommerce and i'm trying to make an internet shop site. I have installed osCommerce on my server and i've some questions. I would be grateful for any help. 1.- Is possible to modify the database structure to add new fields to the products (more images, size, class, subclass, etc)? How? 2.- Every product have to keep the same structure or can i have different fields for group of products? 3.- Can i integrate osCommerce in a Web that is running now? How? 4.- Is possible to heve on a osCommerce Web more than a e-shop (photo gallery, news, weather reports, etc)? How? etc... Thanks for any answers Most of the things you want can be done with knowledge of PHP. Some of the things you want are already done by other users so try checking the contribution section first. If you really would like to have some of the more demanding (large) changes you have to code a lot of things yourself. Like changing structure per productgroup would mean a lot of changes!
