Warn] Rsa Server Certificate Commonname (cn) `www.abc.com' Does Not Match Server Name!?

I installated the RapidSSL just today.

 

Everything from the customer point of view.

 

I can see the following warning from the apache error_logs

 

[Thu Jun 14 17:13:49 2007] [warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `www.abc.com' does NOT match server name!?

[Thu Jun 14 17:13:49 2007] [notice] Digest: generating secret for digest authentication ...

[Thu Jun 14 17:13:49 2007] [notice] Digest: done

[Thu Jun 14 17:13:50 2007] [warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `www.abc.com' does NOT match server name!?

please help, anything wrong in my etc/hosts ??
