Os Commerce Client Selling Stolen Content

I am owner iof catchycash.com, we are an adult company with several sites in internet. fuckmyjeans.com is one of our sites. I found a sites which has stolen my conent and he is selling that by internet using oscommerce.

I tried to contact the owner of that site to make him remove my conent but he doesn´t reply.

 

Considering that the stolen content is beening sold using your system I wonder if you can cancel the account of this man or at least to take some action to make him remove my content.

 

At least all the billers that I use for my sites claimed me to prove that I own my content, if you do the same I can proof that content is mine.
