Is there a way to add products with a picture that would be directed to an affiliate instead of using the checkout feature?

I have the exact same question. Does anyone know if this is possible?

 

The bottom line is that instead of sending people through the checkout pipeline, there would be an offsite link to buy the item from someone else's store.

 

Any ideas?
