Big Problem Please Help

Hi,

I am a novice starting programming php in my university 2 months ago, I have downloaded and installed os commerce, but I have a serious problem :'( .

The problem is that products appears but the short descriptions no, only appears three points.

Can tell me how to correct the problem?
