omegaman66 Posted June 13, 2007 Posted June 13, 2007 OK. I have a new version of osCommerce set up but the checkout process has a glitch. When making an order the customer puts in their address and such and clicks enter. The next page in the process doesn't show their address!!!! :angry: But if you continue to proceed through the process the order will go through and the email is sent! But the email also doesn't have that information just what has been ordered and the price!!! If you login as admin and check their order you can see the shipping and billing address! So it is being stored just not passed to the next page and to the order email. Additional information if needed. I have installed the paypals WPP mode. I assume that information should still be shown! HELP!!!
omegaman66 Posted June 13, 2007 Author Posted June 13, 2007 The problem only occurs when people do not have an account. I have (or should I say had) it set up so that people can checkout without setting up a permanent account.
