Easy Populate Help Pls

I downloaded a file using this option DOWNLOAD_EP_2COMPLETE_EP

uploaded it using the box IMPORT_TMP_EP/royisal/temp/ :

and i get this error and cant seem to get around im a complete noob btw so i recon this is probs a dumb question and hopefully easy sorted im using easy populate 2.74 btw thanks very much
