gv Posted November 4, 2002 Posted November 4, 2002 Hello I installed osComm 2.2. Everything worked fine. Then I installed DownloadsController v3 - still O.K. And then Call for price v3. Boom! Fatal error: Call to undefined function: clean_html_comments() in c:program fileseasyphpwwwoscatalogincludesfunctionshtml_output.php on line 124 Can somebody help me? Please! G.V. Quote
Ajeh Posted November 5, 2002 Posted November 5, 2002 You might want to get the more recent version off of my website. V4.0 I do not have it here yet as there are a few issues I need to update on that. I have not tried it yet with the new snapshot as of Nov 1. Be sure to One thing to add to english.php ... // BOF: WebMakers.com Added: All Add-Ons require(DIR_WS_LANGUAGES . $language . '/' . 'languages_webmakers.php'); // EOF: WebMakers.com Added: All Add-Ons I think that is left out of the documentation. Quote
gv Posted November 5, 2002 Author Posted November 5, 2002 I installed Call for price 'cause i I want users to select the price from products attributes. Example: product 1. attribute is weight - 1000g=300$ 2000g=550$ Is there any other way to disable the price show in catalog. If I set the price (in categories/products) to 0, then that is shown in the catalog. I don't want 0,00$. I want empty space. Thanx Quote
Ajeh Posted November 5, 2002 Posted November 5, 2002 In version 4.0, there is an attribute calculation that occures that either calculates the display price from the lowest attribute price in each group and displays that as the current price or an option to display no price, an image, etc. Quote
Guest Posted November 5, 2002 Posted November 5, 2002 Does the new New Checkout Procedure break any of this? I can't get free shipping to appear at all WRT downloads :-( I'm using the OSCommerce version from last night's CVS with 4.0 Quote
Ajeh Posted November 5, 2002 Posted November 5, 2002 I am rewritting the free shipping and free payments now for the new snapshot. The current method does not work. Quote
Guest Posted November 5, 2002 Posted November 5, 2002 Thanks for your reply Linda. I'm more than eager to get this working, and would be more than willing to assist in any way possible during the Australian daylight hours. Please don't hesitate to contact me. Cheers, Pete. Quote
Ajeh Posted November 6, 2002 Posted November 6, 2002 I posted in the contributions a new Free Shipping and Payment v5.0 This allows you to have either the Free Payment show, and the others hide, or the others show and Free Payment hides. Then, allows you to have either the Free Shipping show, and the others hide, or the others show and Free Shipping hides. This is for the new snapshots Nov 3, 2002 and newer. There is also a Free Shipping and Payments v3.1 available for the older snapshots. Quote
Guest Posted November 6, 2002 Posted November 6, 2002 Works a treat, just tested it.... Do you have an ETA on downloads? I haven't fiddled with that bit yet Pete. Quote
Ajeh Posted November 6, 2002 Posted November 6, 2002 Updating the Downloads Controller you mean? Quote
Ajeh Posted November 6, 2002 Posted November 6, 2002 Working on it ... would be way easier if there were more than 24 hours in a day ... Quote
Guest Posted November 6, 2002 Posted November 6, 2002 I think it was Richard Feynman who tried that, look what happened there! (well, it was some physicist on the Manhattan project, can't really remember who tho)... but I digress, OK, well the offer's still here for testing of anything you have. Cheers, Pete. Quote
muckster Posted December 19, 2003 Posted December 19, 2003 I didn't know about 4, so I installed v3 and got the same error as greg. Now I found this, upgraded to 4, and it's still the same: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: clean_html_comments() in /home2/webmaste/shrinkfilm-www/catalog/includes/functions/html_output.php on line 125 I did make the changes Linda added, but to no avail. The code means very little to me, so any help would be very much appreciated. This is the store: http://shrinkfilm.com/catalog/index.php All I'm really trying to add is a "Call for Price" option. Thanks, Jurgen Quote
muckster Posted January 4, 2004 Posted January 4, 2004 I thought I'd give this one more try before abandoning Linda's contribution. Can anybody help with this fatal error? Apprarently, I'm not the only one to get this, but Linda seems to be MIA and my coding powers are zilch. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks again. Quote
